is it possible to create a featured post on Imbalance 2?

  Hello there!

  i was wondering whether it is possible to create a ‘featured post’ in imbalance 2 which may be placed above the 4 columns display of posts.
  i am trying to identify a creative way to highlight new daily posts, any suggestions would be much appreciated :)

  I think you can designate them as sticky posts to bring them up the hierarchy.

  I thought of sticky posts too. That would work to change the order, but I can’t seem to find anything to hook onto in the Imbalance 2 sticky posts if you wanted to style them differently on the home page.

  On single posts, they are already restyled and displayed below the post. See http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/imbalance2/ for details.

  I imagine you’d want to move them to the top as well as re-style them on the home page?

  Another thing you could do is manually highlight one image at a time using the Appearance → Widgets → Header Area. It would be a manual update, but an image widget there might work nicely.
