Is it possible to create an opt in window for subscribers to get a newsletter?

  I would like to create an “opt in” window for people to say “yes, please send me your newsletter” or whatever product I’m offering. Is this possible on WordPress.com?

  The “opt in” window should appear as soon as the site has loaded.

  Hi there,

  You can add the Blog Subscription Shortcode to the front page of your site. Here’s what that shortcode looks like:

  [blog_subscription_form]

  You can paste that into the page editor for your front page, and it will add a subscription form there so visitors can subscribe to new posts on your site.

  Alternately, if you’d like to send a newsletter from a different service (not just for subscribing to get your new blog posts), you can set up a Contact Form on your front page. That way, visitors can contact you to give you their details, and you can add them to your newsletter.
