  Is it possible to create custom user rolls?
  I would like to create a new roll where the user can only edit all posts and moderate comments that are pending only. If I give them one roll, I am giving them too much; but if I give them a lower roll, they cannot do what I need them to do.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, Editor is too much and Author is not enough!
