  I would like to know if it possible to do something like this : http://www.urbanecoconstruction.ca/
  with a wordpress?

  To be more precise, I would like to know if it possible to add some kind of block over the banner (like on the site that I had linked beford) that the user can click on it as a link to get some information…?

  If that is not enought precisely I tooked a print-screen of the page I linked beford with a red underline on the part that I would like to do on my wordpress!

  Is there a way to post it here?
