Is it possible to embed Google Maps in posts with free WP?

  Hello, I’ve been trying to embed a map from Google Maps in a post with no success (the code disappears once I save the draft). I am wondering whether I would need to have the paid version of WP in order to be able to do so. Thanks.

  Yes it’s possible. Is this the guide you are using? http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-maps/
