Is it possible to export/import a gallery from one site to another?

  I work for a company with several domains and we often transfer galleries from one to another. Is there an option to export an entire gallery – photos/text/titles/tags/categories/etc and import this file/URL into another site? If so, how is this accomplished?

  If the site is hosted on WordPress.com, we’ll need to know the URL to provide assistance.

  If the site is hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software, we won’t be able to help with that here.
