Is it possible to feature dynamic pages in the topbar?

  Right now I have a topbar, these are static pages. Then I have categories which I use as dynamic pages (where one can post, with dates etc.), but I would like to have these on the topbar – is that possible?

  The theme I’m using is ‘Structures’ by ‘Organic Themes’.

  Not on that theme as far as I’m aware. What you’d do is get the link to the page for an individual category, then put that link in the header using this trick:

  Page tabs as extra links

  Note that it doesn’t work on all themes and hints from staff indicate they’re going to remove it as an option altogether at some point.

  I’m not sure but I believe that one theme allows you to link header tabs to category pages without this kind of workaround: it’s one of the newer ones, but other than that I’m afraid I can’t help you.

  Raincoaster is right, that’s the way to do it, and it doesn’t work in Structure.

  Under the Influence is the only theme that includes this as a standard option (Appearance > Theme Options > Extra Links).
