Is it possible to forbid https visit to my domain?

    Currently someone is defame my website ripplecn.com by asking people to try https://ripplecn.com, with https, not http. Of course, browser will give a sharp warning in that case. And non-tech-savvy users may be turned away.

    Is it possible for me to disable https visit? Even a 404 page for https visit looks better to me.
