Is it possible to get a refund for domain mapping?
-
I bought the domain mapping upgrade on July 26th for my blog (faypsych.wordpress.com) to map to blog.faypsych.com. Shortly thereafter, I transferred my domain hosting from Yahoo! to iPage, and the mapping quit working. I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do on my end (updated the CNAME, etc.), but the blog address still won’t work. I’ve contacted WordPress several times over the last week and haven’t received any sort of response.
Is it possible for me to get a refund so that I can move my blog elsewhere (where there’s better customer support), or am I stuck with the fee? The blog has been down for a couple weeks now and it’s a valuable part of my company’s marketing, so we can’t afford to have it down any longer.
