  Hi there,

  We don’t have any way to issue invoices; but we do issue receipts post-payment. You can always find your receipts on this page:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  If you are a VAT-registered business based within the EU, we do also have the option for you to add your VAT details to your receipts; this option is also available at the page above, it will show underneath the list of receipts.
