Is it possible to get an invoice for upgrade fees?
-
As a not-for-profit organisation we need a way to track our spending. We were wondering:
– if it would be possible to get an invoice for upgrade fees
– if we can set up a monthly payment to be made from our bank account into the providers account
– if we can have a contract or agreement from the provider to let me operate the Opera Otago website using their WordPress premium programme
The message from our treasurer is: “An email from the provider with this information (invoice/bank account details/agreement) for my records would be sufficient”Could you please help me come up with a solution that works for both parties?

Hi there,
All upgrades must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. No purchase orders or invoices can be issued.
Companies and non profits or any other groups do not own blogs. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address.
You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog who is the sole owner and Admin of the blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator to purchase and/or renew upgrades for the blog. If you’d like your upgrade to renew automatically each year, you can Enable Auto Renew.
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/Your Billing History is at Dashboard > Store > Billing History
https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/That is where the blogs sole owner and Admin can print out their own receipt and satisfy whatever their reimbursement requirements may be.
Below are the only accepted means of payment.
