Is it possible to get money back?

    Hello,
    I previously ordered a wordpress blog + theme for my client MCR Consultants. I thought an hosted blog would be easier to manage than a blog that I need to host by myself. But unfortunately I realized that my client had specific needs like access to FTP, plugins and custom theme development. So we didn’t used the purchased blog on wordpress, neither the theme.
    Would you mind to cancel the purchase and accept a money back?

    Most purchases on WordPressdotcom (except custom domains) are available for a refund within a 30-day period after purchase. If that is the case here, this Support doc will walk you through the process https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

    You do need to be logged in with the account that made these purchases.
