Is it possible to get YouTube & Google Subscribe buttons on my blog?

I see that there are plugins available for wordpress.org, but I don’t see how I can achieve this on wordpress.com even with the Premium service, as it appears there is no Java Script allowed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Third party plugins cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk.
Plugins are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
I know the difference between .com and .org can get confusing, so here’s a breakdown of the benefits of each:

Please let me know! Cheers.

Hey there,
I also wanted to mention that you can add your own custom widgets to your WordPress.com site in order to allow your visitors to subscribe to YouTube and Google +.

I hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, drop me a note. Thanks much!
