Is it possible to give each picture a title like my header?

  I want to add my picture title above each picture I post, is there a way to do so?

  When you add an image to a post and fill in the available fields (Title etc) the one for having a title shown in the post for the image is ‘Caption’, so you need to fill that in, but as far as i’m aware the title will be below the image and not above it. What you can do is just add the title yourself with text when writing the post, you can then underline it or have it as bold, or a different text colour etc.
