Is it possible to have 2 wordpress with same set of posts but with different themes and plugins?

  I need to have a developer side of website so I need to install 2 wordpress but having the same posts content and different theme and plugin.

  What you’re wanting to do is possible if you register a domain, buy hosting, and set up your site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/

  While you can have two websites with identical content here on WordPress.com and you can change the themes, you can’t add plugins: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
