Is it possible to have a blogroll appear on a separate page?

    I currently have a blogroll appear in the sidebar using the blogroll widget in the 2011 theme. Is it possible to have the blogroll appear on a separate page instead? If so, what must I do to create that page? Finally, are their options on how WordPress displays the list? (Is a user’s Gravatar displayed; is a snippet of the latest post displayed for visitors to my site?)
