Is it possible to have a "Contact the author" button?

  Just so we’re clear I don’t do a heavy amount of traffic but I would to have a published e-mail option for feedback and questions that people don’t want to post. I have a generic e-mail set up so I’m not inundated in my personal e-mail.

  You can add a button using HTML via a Text widget or an Image widget, but you might be more interested in a contact form, as it can’t be exploited by spam bots to the extent that email links are.
