Is it possible to have two domains on my primary domain.

  I have an account with WP.com and made two domains which I could manage and switch easily on the same dashboard and admin toolbar – is it possible with WP.org ?
  I have made a domain with WP.org but would like to have it similar as with WP.com.

  Is it possible to make a blog bilingual so I don’t have to have two domains ?

  I mean having two blogs. Like I have with WP.com.
  Can I create a new blog with WP.org without having to buy another domain name ?
