Is it possible to have two domains that don't redirect?

I have a personal blog on wordpress.com but I’m also looking at setting up one for a community group I belong to. Under ‘My Domains’ it says: “All other domains will redirect to the primary domain”. I may be misunderstanding what this means, but I don’t want one to redirect to the other – I want them completely separate; they’ll have different content – is that possible? Or does someone else need to register the community group one?

Somebody, which could be you, needs to register a new blog. Not just a new domain; an entirely new blog.
