Is it possible to hide my URL so it cannot be found through a search engine site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can make your blog private. To change blog visibility to Private go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading scroll to Site Visibility and choose option 3 http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
IMPORTANT NOTE: Making a blog private, deleting blog content and deleting blogs does not remove any indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

I don’t want to make the page private, I want to make the URL unsearchable by search engines. Is WordPress able to do that for me?

Go to http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ and read carefully what you find there please.

This is what I read at that link:
2. Ask search engines not to index this site. – If you want all human visitors to be able to read your blog, but want to block web crawlers for search engines, this is the setting for you.
