Is it possible to insert different text in jump break on post?

I use the “insert more” tag in my posts when edition, which shows as a Continue Reading link once published.
Is it possible to change that text? I’d like it to say: Continue to Recipe…

Just a suggestion for the future: it would be great to be able to customize it in a meta way someday, so it won’t have to be done every time. For now, I’ll do it post by post.
