Is it possible to insert more than one "contact form" in the same page?
-
Hi there,
I have a little problem. I need to insert more than one “contact form” in the same page. But, it seems that it’s not possible, at least I couldn’t.
When I try to insert a second “contact form” in the same page, it changes to the first one I inserted and it freeze the page.
I would appreciate if you could explain to me, as soon as possible, how to do this.
I hope to hearing from you soon, Alba

Thank you Galois for your reply.
I’m afraid that I can’t find (in the link you sent me), how “…. you first need to find the form you want to embed. “
Where should I find the form? I only know the “contact form” that you can embed in a page from WordPress.
Can you help me?

Hi @albaraffaelli,
To clarify, it is not possible to input two contact forms from WordPress.com on the same page. @Galois was providing a bit of a workaround. You can embed one contact form from WordPress.com and another through a third-party service like Wufoo. In order to do this, you would need to create the second contact form at Wufoo. They have a template here:
You can customize this form through Wufoo directly. Then, when you have the form setup through Wufoo, you can embed it at WordPress.com through the steps here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/wufoo/
The steps start with “To get the shortcode you first need to find the form you want to embed” because they assume you already have a form setup at Wufoo.
Can you try to setup a Wufoo form and embed it on your site? The only other option would be to separate your forms on two pages.

To get the shortcode you first need to find the form you want to embed. Then click the code button which will take you to the Wufoo Code Manager.
You need first to create a form on Wufoo:
http://wufoo.com/Then, follow the instructions from the support page:

a workaround I have used is to have a Page / Post called “Contact” then put the forums on other Pages / Posts with links to each form – one advantage of this is that you can link to the different contact forms from many places in your site
