Is it possible to integrate a guestbook in my blog?

  I would like to have a guestbook on my page, but I can´t install plugins.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Most folks setting up a Guestbook on WordPress.com just create a Page titled “Guestbook” and then make sure comments are enabled for that page.

  Are you needing a particular function beyond that? I’m happy to help find a way to do it. :)
