Is it possible to link a ‘feed’ from WP to my site; example below

  I have a WordPress account and as WP is so versitile, would like to know if its possible to feed posts INTO my main website http://www.xilfee.eu from a WP blog?
  It would be only me posting the information into the feed, no one else but I don’t want any side bars, page boundaries etc showing, only the text and photographs I enter, with a title, a photograph and the first part of the paragraph.

  Here is an example of what I have seen on other peoples websites http://www.newsontheblock.com/ (the ‘feed part which starts with the heading “Maintenance How to reduce cleaning costs in your block of flats through effective co-operation” and those listed below it)
  also http://www.enterprisenation.com/content/Home.aspx the part below ‘Latest Posts’.
