Is it possible to link Posts Pages and Categories on wordpress.com?

Is it possible to link a page to a category or post using the wordpress.COM ?
I have read this page, but can´t find the solution:

Right now we have categories in the top bar, but we want to have pages.. some of them linking to categories and posts

Do you mean pages that contain a list of links, or pages whose tabs in the sidebar act as links?
If you mean the first, then the way to do links in the visual editor is: write desired title, highlight it, click Link button, paste URL, etc. In the html editor, the code model for a link is this:
<a href="URL_HERE">TITLE_HERE</a>If you mean the second, see here:

Thanks for the reply.. I tried using it, with some luck.
But when we are using the html code in the title boxes it creates a empty tab.. see: http://groupuno.wordpress.com

There is no solution, besides selecting a different theme, as mentioned in panaghiotisadam’s link above.
