  The person who set up my website has passed away and now there is a page not found message. Is it possible to migrate the site to a new account and if so how would I do that

  There is a procedure in place on WordPress.com for when the site owner, meaning the person who registered the site here on WordPress.com (even when it’s for someone else), passes away. You can find that information here https://wordpress.com/support/deceased-user/
