Is it possible to mix HTML tags and Markdown?

  That is a good question. My answer would be yes because if I look at the wordpress.com post on Markdown you will see on the first image that the Markdown is in the text tab of the editor. Writing in the text editor allows HTML.

  Oh, yeah, it works for some tags, you’re right… I didn’t notice that, sorry. In particular, the “em” and “strong” tags work nice.

  But I tried to make it work with the “p” tag using its “style” property, and it doesn’t work as I’d expected. Nevertheless, I’ll change this topic to “resolved” because there’s another thread discussing that problem in particular.
