Is it possible to move email followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

  Hello.

  I have just moved my wordpress.com blog:
  http://www.giadortoedintorni.wordpress.com
  to a self-hosted wordpress.org installation (including jetpack):
  http://www.giadorto.it.

  Is it possible to move my email followers to my new blog?
  Any help is appreciated.
