Is it possible to move posts between categories easily at all?

  I only have one post so far, so I can just make another category and delete the old one and retrieve my post from the trash (lol), but I dread to think how I will do it later when I get a lot of posts. Surely there’s a better way? Or does it have to involve all that CSS stuff?

  I’m new to this as well, but I think I may know how to help you. I think what you need to do is go in to edit the post. Once there on the right hand side there is a option with check boxes where you can select the category. Hopefully that’s what you were asking.
