Is it possible to move tags?

Hey everyone,
I use the “Connections” theme, and my tags are displayed right under the title of my post and before the text of my writing.
I have seen on other people’s blogs that their tags are displayed at the bottom, under their text. It seems to me that this is a better place for them rather than at the top, because they clutter up the space where my text would start.
But I’m not sure if their location is a fixed part of my theme or not. Can someone please tell me if its possible to move them and how they can be moved?
As I understand it, tags are more important for search engines and actually don’t make any difference to the reader when they are reading the blog.

I just took a look at the DOM structure generated by that theme, and there’s no way to use CSS to change it. You’d have to modify the PHP, which we can’t do here. So, its either have the tags there or choose a different theme.
