  Hi there. There’s no such thing as WordPress Beginner here. You can have a completely free blog, for which you can then buy a custom domain, but you’ll need to register a WordPress.com address before you can do that. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

  Then you also have the options of Premium and Business packages, each of which also include custom domains: http://store.wordpress.com/plans/
