  Is it possible to point my custom URL (registered through WordPress) to my Shopify Store?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can indeed do so, by updating your nameservers to point to Shopify.

  Below are instructions on how to do this:

  Thanks so much, sorry for the delay. I followed the instructions and know what I need to do. Now I just have to wait to hear back from Shopify with their name servers.

  Hi Jackie, here is what Shopify came back with. Unfortunately this goes beyond my experience. Does the following make sense to you?

  Hey there,
  Davin here, Shopify Guru!

  You will need to have access to the CNAME and A Record in your DNS manager
  Here is the steps to properly forward your domain from another domain registrar.
  – Your “www” subdomain should point using fate-pacifica.myshopify.com
  – Your root domain (without the www) should have an A Record pointing to 204.93.213.45
  – add both of these in your Shopify Preferences –> DNS & Domains. It can take up to 48 hours for your domain to completely update.

  It seems that now even my http://www.fatepacifica.wordpress.com points at my Shopify site too. Is there a way to have my custom URL pointed at Shopify and my blog pointed at WordPress?

  Hi hillsidestrategic,

  You just need to update your primary domain on WordPress.com so your site doesn’t point to your custom domain. You can do so by going to your WordPress.com Dashboard and navigating to Store > Domains. The direct link is here:
