Is it possible to provide wordpress pages with translations to other languages?

Searching on Google I found a plug-in for providing translations of website pages to other languages. Is it possible to use such a plug-in on wordpress.com? Maybe it should be allowed on the list of widgets?
Thank you.

Hi there. Unfortunately there is no option for translation on WordPress.com and it isn’t possible to install any plugins here, regardless of upgrades.
However, there are ways around it. You can add a translation button that uses Google Translate to translate your page, or you can set up a page with multiple translation options. See this post by Timethief on how to do that: http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2011/02/14/translation-widget-for-wordpress-com-blogs/

Hello!
WordPress allows the use of Google Translate on the site. One option to put translation on your site would be to:
1. Use a text-widget and place it in your widget bar
2. Using the link created from Google Translate, place it into the text area of the widget. Use the following code as a guidelineIn the above example, it happens to be set to Spanish.

Oops! I put the code in a blockquote by mistake.
Code should be:
<a href="https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=es&js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=www.yourwebsitehere.com&edit-text="> Your language title here </a>
