is it possible to recover any content from a deleted blog?

  I don’t wish to undelete a blog per say, I deleted all my old stuff for a fresh start…but I have come to realize that I posted a story of mine on this deleted blog and my laptop I had it saved to took a dump and upon being fixed the story was gone and could not be recovered. I’m just curious if it’s possible that you guys could potentially recover the story and send it to me via email or anything…if not I’ll love, it just showcased my writing abilities.
