Is it possible to remove someone's inactive blog?

  I’d like to register my domain but someone already did it. I wish to know if it’s possible to remove that old blog, since it’s not updated since 2008? I wanna buy “www.quartacapa.com”, but I’m afraid “www.quartacapa.wordpress.com” will give me some problems.

  You can register and map quartacapa.com to any blog here

  quartacapa.wordpress.com – will not give you any problems – no it can’t be removed except by the owner of the blog or is the blog violates the Terms of Service – and an empty blog will not be a TOS issue
