Is it possible to replace a customer/vendor login page from a Theme Tempalte?

    I have bought a WP template from Envato, however, the current Customer/Vendor login page and display isnt what i need, so, can i make a completely different page and then replace the one present in the template?

    Can you please share the link to your site? It sounds like a self-hosted WordPress site.

    Hello Ravi,

    To be frank, i am not much accustomed to word press themes. however, in respect to my query,

    I have actually bought a theme from ENVATO market. Its a deals/coupon theme. however, when i checked the customer login and vendor login, the way, its displayed isnt what im looking for, moreover, i need it customised to suit my actual requirement. not sure how since the developer woudnt give access to see the server side code of this template in order to change according to our need.

    Any suggestion here?

    Hi there, the reason why we ask for the address of the site you need help with is because many people confuse WordPressdotcom ( where we are) and its forums and the standalone WordPress software and its forums, which are entirely separate. As @ravichahar mentioned, please read this support guide which explains the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Since it does sound like you are referring to a site using the standalone WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they likely have more experience with the type of issue you are having. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page. I also suggest first searching the forums there for a similar issue before posting.

    oh yeah. i was working on .org . So, .com is a paid version right. But then how will my query be addressed if its in .com? Because does the .com paid service will address my issue?

    Mine was a general doubt in respect to the WP theme being purchased. whether ill be able to edit or replace a page.

    Users on the Business plan upgrade on WordPressdotcom are the only ones who are able to upload custom themes. If they have a query, they have access to direct support via Live Chat and email when logged in to the account that has the upgrade.

    which is really best addressed by the theme author directly or posted to the support forum for that theme at WordPress.org. They’ll have more experience with what you are trying to do.
