Is it possible to reverse the domain name change?
-
Hello! I just changed the name of my domain without realizing that the old website would than appear as deleted when coming from google search, without being redirected to the new one. Is there any possibility to reverse the change in the site adresse? (I know, I was warned before the change, I just didn´t realize the consequences…) Or is there any way how I could obtain the old site adress (now it says it unavailable)…
Thank you -
Hi, deleting a site does not redirect it, no. You would want to choose to redirect it instead.
Can you send a link to the site you need to un-delete? We’ll check and see if that’s possible.

Sorry for butting in, but I need help.
I’m tryin to start a new topic, but every time I submit my topic I can’t find it in the forum. And when I go to my name, upper right corner, it says I have 0 new threads.
I have a problem with my blog and would like to get help, but at the moment it’s impossible for me to submit a new topic.
Thank you, and I apologize for going this route.

Hello Supernovia, thanks for replying!
The old website was
http://www.mnohotvarimexika.wordpress.comand the new one is
http://www.mnohotvarilatinskeameriky.wordpress.com -
Thanks for the details, @kristynamex.
We could still recover the address for you, however, the change cannot be undone. This means that the site mnohotvarimexika.wordpress.com would be completely independent of mnohotvarilatinskeameriky.wordpress.com – you would need to manually move all your content, set up the theme, etc. Is this something you’d be interested in?

https://mnohotvarimexika.wordpress.com/ has been recovered as requested.
If you want to move your content back to it, you’ll need to export https://wordpress.com/support/export/ and import it: https://wordpress.com/support/import/#import-content-from-another-word-press-site
