Is it possible to see the comments that akismet blocks?

  I’d very much like to see what comments akismet has blocked. It seems to me that it would be interesting. If that’s not possible, I understand.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can see comments caught by the spam filter in the WP-Admin dashboard, here:

  https://waygookboyfriend.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?comment_status=spam

  Should you see any comment that was filtered by mistake, just click the Not Spam link.

  It’s not possible to delete this thread, no.

  1. You actually can’t see the comments that akismet blocks there.
  2. Could you at least delete the site address?

  At the link I gave above, click on Settings ->Discussion in the sidebar. At the bottom are the spam filter settings. For your site it’s currently set to strict, which means spam is instantly deleted. Change that to safe and you’ll be able to view spam messages for a certain time before they are deleted.
