You can subscribe to your own blog and then forward that to whoever you want. You can also add the blog subscription widget to the sidebar and then your visitors can subscribe as well.

See here also please > enabling blog subscriptions > http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/
Also note that you can have RSS Feed subscribers to your blog as well as email subscribers. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-links-widget/ -

I want to choose any post. any page. any blog which appears on my WP and just embed it. -

Enable ‘Email This’ sharing button on Dashboard >> Settings >>Sharing.
With the help of Email This button you can email any post or page of a blog to others. -

When I try to send a mail, I am requested to type some letters, and then I send the mail myself for testing it, but I received nothing
Since it is me that is sending the mail, I see no point in typing letters for security.
It is my blog after all.
Besides, I would like to unsubscribe to FaceBook and Twitter which I never use. -

Twitter which I never use. Those buttons are not just for you. With the help of those, Visitors can easily share your content to their favorite social sites. It’s one of the best methods to get readers. If you wish to remove them from your blog, then Go to Dashboard >>Settings >>Sharing and drag and drop those buttons to “inactive” area.
Regarding Email Problem:
We have no control on your personal things but I share contents via email this successfully. Check it again.

How odd! Looks like it was preplanned. He asked for the question, and when I talked about email sharing, he put the image into forums.
-
I checked again, it does not work at all. No email is possible to send
No HTML attachment is possible. I do not want to spend more time on this topic.
Moderator should close this thread! -

I tried both. And both are possible. “Email this” feature sends you email very quickly with the excerpt of post.

@herman, I’ve made a number of email newsletter templates for people and I can tell you from experience that the advanced XHTML that is used in wordpress pages and posts would cause all email programs to implode. The HTML that email programs can handle is very, very, very, very basic. Most of them will even choke on simple DIV tags unless you are very careful and really know what you are doing.
Is it possible to send a blog post or page in an email so that it appears as it does in a web browser?
No.
The only way I can suggest, would be to take a screenshot of it and send that in an email.
Truthfully unless you are extremely fluent in HTML with a lot of experience, and a lot of time, and a lot of time for testing, and have access to every email program there is being used out there, and every version of each, the safest way to do email templates and such would be to hand code a template using old-fashioned HTML tables. That means you would have to hand code all that stuff up to look similar to a blog post or page and then copy and paste the content into that template.
Do note though that many people, including myself have their email programs set to show everything in text format instead of HTML because we are tired of all the gunk we typically get with multiple colors and huge or very small fonts or fonts that you can’t read, or background images that take forever to download. So if you sent me a finely crafted HTML post in an email I would not see any of your work. All I would see would be the text in standard old courier type face.
