sir/mam. if i view my “our blog” page in “mobile phone” then the “blog posts” shift automatically below the “comment form”.
is it possible to show the “posts” above the “comment form” in the mobile version ?

Hi, I’ve viewed your https://pjseospecialists.com/blogs-on-organic-web-promotion/ page on my iPhone 6s+ and the page content is above the comment form.
If you wish that page to show your posts, you need to go to Customize > Static Front Page and set that page as your “Posts page”.
If you are talking about the Recent Articles widget in the sidebar, that can’t easily be moved above the content on a responsive width theme such as Business Identity. The sidebar is typically used for supporting things, like a categories widget, contact widget, etc., and the page’s content will be given priority since that is typically considered the most important thing on the page, so it shows at the top.
