Is it possible to show a flash in my banner?

  I am just wondering if this is possible to show a flash or a dynamic gif in my banner, I am using inove theme but I could switch theme if needed.

  You can put an animated gif into your header. It must be uploaded as the exact size needed for the banner—if you crop it then it won’t animate.

  Note, however, that using such a thing for your header will increase load-time for your blog. Readers with slow internet connections are likely to move on rather than wait for your animation to load.

  Just my opinion, but I avoid sites with flashing blinking headers and autoplay music.
