Is it possible to “split” the Neat Theme?

  I think the “Neat theme” is the best in the list… but I think it’s only a “woman theme” with the flower on the menu-right (one for title)

  Is not possible to enable this flower with an option? So It can be also a “man theme”

  It looks like that’s actually a background image, which means you should be able to change it using CSS if you want.
