is it possible to suspend old site rather delete it

  I have set up a new blog with it’s own domain. Is it possible to suspend my old one and hide it rather than delete it just in case there are problems in the future/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  Here are the instructions to suspend blogs and sites. However, I think what you need here is this: Empty Site.

  @wobblypip – If you don’t want to delete the content, but still make your old site inaccessible to public view and search engines, you can change your site’s visibility settings to Private. Here’s more on that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  @dinsanwp I hope you don’t mind me mentioning that the Support doc for suspended sites deals with sites that have been suspended by WordPressdotcom for possible Terms of Service violations. Therefore, not applicable in this case.
