Is it possible to switch blogs in the Premium Plan?

  I want to switch a blog that I have on the basic plan with a blog I have on the premium plan.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I would like to change from ceeseesworld.com to suddenlyfifty.com as the Premium blog on the plan for now, since that is the blog I am using.
