Is it possible to toggle between "most used" and "all" tags when creating a post

  I would like to see ALL tags as an option (not just most used) when creating a post. Just choosing from “most used” means that more relevant tags maybe missed, OR the creation of very similar, but not identical, tags, leading to tag bloat.

  The tag field automatically searches all your existing tags when filling in a letter or part of a word. The most used tags are just for you to help you find most used tags :)
