Is it possible to transfer comments from post to linked page and vice versa?

  Is it possible to transfer comments and likes on a post to the static page it’s linked to?
  And vice versa?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can only transfer comments manually as far as I am aware. You can do this by re-entering them with the original poster’s name, email address, etc.

  I’ll wait and see if anyone else has any ideas. I don’t fancy having to manually transfer all the info. And I would like to be able to transfer the likes as well.
  I appreciate your help.
