Is it possible to transfer domains multiple times?

  Hi! I’m working with a client who used to have a blog and domain nameon WordPress.com but then transferred her domain to Tumblr. She now wants to set up her own website, with her own hosting, but use her old WordPress domain. Is it possible to transfer the domain again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If she is going to use her own hosting, then she is going to need to use WordPress.org. https://wordpress.org/

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are not the same. See differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  The domain is owned by her, she can map it to WordPress.com if she wants, or set it up with WordPress.org.
