Is it possible to transfer "likes" from a migrating wordpress.com blog?

  I recently migrated my blog, dragonflyhome.wordpress.com to a self-hosted blog, http://www.dragonflyhomerecipes.com. Most of my information transferred, but I noticed that none of the “likes” at the bottom of my posts transferred to the new blog. Is it possible to get the “likes” from the old blog to the new one? Thanks!

  Likes are not transferred when you move to a self-hosted site, however, we can merge your stats as long as you have Jetpack installed and activated.
