  I work for a bank and I need to create a userguide for wordpress, is it possible to take some image in the wordpress website to put on mine with credits to wordpress.com ?

  Yes I see no problem in using that since it is just an interface shot. You’re also welcome to take your own interface screenshots as well, which we usually recommend. We try to keep our documentation up to date but there is always the possibility that you will see a small difference as we push updates to the live platform.

  If you are curious, we use the screenshot function in MacOS to take screenshots and annotate (draw boxes, arrows, add callout text, etc.) in the Preview app. Windows has similar tools so you don’t usually need to purchase anything special.
