  No it’s not that code will not operate on WordPress.com blogs.

  I provided what’s possible on a free hosted WordPress.com blog and no it’s not automatic scrolling.

  You could try him but I know marquee is a no go. And I know we can create either verticel or hoizontal acrollbars. The problem is the dynamic aspect ie> automatically scroll up and down and I don’t believe there’s a workaround for that.
